I wanted a personalized yoga practice and lifestyle inspired by Ayurveda but I didn’t know where to start. I read everything I could find and took every quiz but still was confused and totally overwhelmed.
Everything changed when I got support from an Ayurvedic Practitioner. I was able to begin my personal journey and cultivate the diet, lifestyle, and yoga practice that I was looking for all along. Yay!
Now, I want to share this amazing process with you. You don’t have to do this on your own. I’m here to help! My passion is to work with women yogis who want to learn how to combine the sister sciences for the yoga lifestyle of their dreams.

The group coaching session dates will be announced at the top of the month. You can register for any date you want to attend. Heather will offer both daytime and evening times. You’ll be automatically invited; however, you must register for each individual session to get the Zoom information. Sorry, no replays due to the personal nature of information shared during the sessions.
No problem! You can request a 1-on-1 private consultation or coaching session with Heather from your home page of the client portal anytime. Members get a discount on Ayurvedic services, too. Additional charges will apply.
Absolutely! Heather requests that you post questions to her on our private group page so everyone can be in on the conversation. If your question is personal in nature, you can send her a private message inside the client portal during business hours.
