Look over the shopping list below for the food and supplies you’ll need. I’ve tried to keep it simple for you. Allow time for shipping before you begin if you choose to order any of my curated selections. Only the best for you!

SHOPPING LIST

Buy organic when possible.

  • 2-3 Apples (for cooking: Fuji, Gala, Golden, Honeycrisp)
  • Clove buds (just a few)
  • Yellow (split) Mung Beans or Dal – see below
  • Fresh Ginger Root
  • Lemon for Vata & Kapha types
  • Lime for Pitta types
  • Ground Turmeric
  • Ground Coriander
  • Ground Cumin
  • Himalayan Rock Salt (white or pink) – see below
