Think of me as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Guru. I love inspiring women to incorporate the practical wisdom of Ayurveda into their lives so they can feel their best.

I was once bogged down by an unhealthy gut and toxins until I found the cleansing practices of Ayurveda. 

Leading a lifestyle with less toxins and doing a personal cleanse once or twice a year has helped rejuvenate my body and mind and get my energy back . Now I can digest foods better – even the ones I once couldn’t tolerate before. My skin is clear – pesky acne is a thing of the past! What’s even better, is I feel GREAT. I sleep great and wake up feeing refreshed and ready to take on my day.
