How does one find the best diet for them with all the diet fads out there?

Most women have been chronically misled and confused by our diet culture about what they should eat – or what a healthy diet actually looks like. And, it’s no wonder, there’s so much conflicting information out there: plant vs. animal, low carbs or no carbs, low or high fat, etc. One wonders: what’s right for me?

This leads us to go on an endless search trying one diet after another. But, something isn’t right. We eventually give it up and move on to the next trend. It’s a frustrating, often lonely process. 

I’m seeing this problem time and time again in my consultation practice. Women simply don’t know what to eat anymore. They’ve lost their internal compass. They doubt their own intuition.
